Payment on Hold - W8/W9 Message

Are you expecting to be paid, but when you visit your Payment History, you seen a message that says “Payment on hold - W8/W9”?

You’re not alone! This message simply means that you will have to fill out your W-9 or W-8BEN tax form before we can pay you.

Simply log in to the Chitika PartnerCenter and go to Account > Tax Forms. Then, fill out your required tax form. See details about how to fill out your tax form here.

After you submit your tax form, you may still see the Payment on Hold message. This message will clear just before the next payment cycle so you can receive your payment in time.
